Nurse Loves Essentials will host the Inflamed Sisters Thriving Summit and Gala on Sept. 23 at the Junior League Building, 90 Lake Morton Drive, in Lakeland.
The event will provide information about autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses. Scheduled speakers include Catina Morrison, CEO of Nurse Love Essentials and a registered nurse, and experts on health, nutrition, fitness, and finance.
A summit will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and a “Thrive in Purple” formal gala from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Lunch and dinner will be provided by a local chef, and the gala will feature entertainment.
The mission of Nurse Love Essentials is to create a safe space where people living with chronic illnesses can learn to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential without sacrificing their health, the organizers said in a news release. Those who attend will learn health advocacy strategies to improve their overall health and well-being in all aspects of life.
